Flow Slow

Our Flow Slow sessions follow a Vinyasa Yoga format but at a slower pace and more nourishing pace, you’ll still be up and moving, but more focus on therapeutic postures and plenty of extra time to unwind. This session is perfect for those looking for a nourishing practice, and can be a great building block for students recovering from injuries, returning to practice from a break, or working with longer term health challenges.

These sessions are suitable for everyone to join.
