Our ‘Soothe’ sessions offer nourishing space to unwind your mind, restore your body and reflect through a combination of low impact movements and slow stretches, mindful meditations and breath work.

All our ‘Soothe’ sessions are suitable for all levels of yogi. They are also a wonderful option for those working with different health challenges.

Our SWEAT! classes do exactly what they say on the tin!

Expect a dynamic practice that will build and challenge your strength whilst igniting your energy. Whilst some experience is recommended all of our SWEAT! classes will offer accessible variations so if you are up for a challenge why not get stuck in?!

NEW FOR SEPTEMBER 24

Join us for a new series of strength and conditioning classes - ‘Functional Strength & Functional Movement’.

These classes use progressions meaning they are accessible for all - but sure to challenge your edges! Fusing principles from Yoga Practice with good old fashioned resistance exercises these classes are for anyone looking to get strong..

Balance

Our balance classes have a bit of everything! The word ‘vinyasa’ means to place in a considered and progressive way and classes are characterised by movements synchronised with breath and intention.

Expect uplifting movement, breath work and restoration all in a flowing class that cultivates mindful awareness and opens up energy.
