Here is what she had to say about her class;
“Join me for a slow to medium-paced flow with medium intensity and a focus on strengthening, alignment, and muscle engagement with lots of sun salutations and foundational poses.
There'll be different intentions linked to some of the aspects of mental wellbeing, and there will be a focus on a particular asana group each week such as standing poses, hip openers, twists, heart-opening poses, and so on.
For my first introduction session, I'll be focusing on standing poses.”
