Beginners

Our Beginners sessions run as mini courses in alternation with the Functional Movement sessions on Thursday evenings.

Beginners sessions teach the key postures, alignments and breath techniques whilst starting to build your skill and confidence in a light hearted and supportive environment that is both educational and exploratory! The sessions will be structured like a standard vinyasa class, but move at a slower pace with more detailed breakdown so you can develop a healthy alignment and cultivate body awareness and mindfulness. There is also additional space for hands on adjustments where they are welcomed and for questions to be asked.

These sessions are suitable for everyone with no prior experience required.
