Functional Movement

Our Functional Movement sessions run as mini courses in alternation with the Beginners sessions on Thursday evenings.

Functional Movement sessions explore foundational principles of movement and build an understanding of the body’s functioning from the ground up! These workshop style sessions have plenty of room for creativity and curiosity and are great for anyone wanting to start exploring the possibilities of movement.

These sessions are suitable for everyone, with no prior experience required and will be especially beneficial for those that are working with physical challenges and/or injuries.
